Denisse Peñaherrera is an Ecuadorian-born, bilingual, paralegal with vast experience in the field of immigration law. With over six years of experience, her repertoire includes the areas Family-Based Immigration, Asylum and Refugee Law, Deportation and Removal Defense, and Naturalization and Citizenship application.

Beginning her career in immigration law in 2017, Denisse’s enthusiasm for the field led her to pursue formal education and certifications through renowned institutions such as the Paralegal Institutes of America, E&J School, the Immigration Training Institute, and the College of Central Florida.

Denisse has further deepened her expertise with internships at an array of law firms, which enhanced her comprehensive understanding of immigration law.
